Note: When dynamic simulation is set to Start from Power-flow in Simulation settings tab of the Solver, the voltage magnitude and angle of the internal ideal voltage source is recalculated to match with the power-flow results of the connected bus.

For the power-flow computations, the connected bus should be defined as a SLACK and the set-point voltage and magnitude of the bus is taken from the bus page (for Excel) or bus data record (for PSS/e).
